Website Visitors Free: How some “Gurus” pretend to help with internet marketers

What I’m about to say is going to make a lot of the guru internet marketing crowd out there really mad.

It might get me some hate-mail, but what else is new?


Have you seen all the free info I give out in the name of the Free Traffic Formula?


Most of what is being peddled as “internet marketing training” is actually a bunch of watered-down, copied B.S. It’s anything BUT “marketing”, really.


Not that I have anything against copying…


In the words of an old master, “Why create mediocrity when you can copy genius”?

Or how ’bout this one? “It’s okay to be a copycat as long as you copy the right cat.”

Of course, what I mean is that you should derive creative ideas and inspiration from the material of others.


But at least make sure it actually works in the real world or on the internet before you ask people to spend their hard-earned money on it.


If you’ve spent any time at all reading or watching this stuff, and then actually trying to put it into ACTION, then I don’t have to convince you.


Here’s an example…

We all know that headlines and copy are very important when it comes to persuasion and getting people to read your marketing… and getting them to buy.


Well, let’s say I’m an “opportunity seeker” and I want to sell something that a bunch of people will buy. And let’s also say that I don’t care about whether or not I’m contributing anything valuable to the world. All I want to do is make money, and it doesn’t matter to me whether I’m helping anyone or not.




I go and buy a classic advertising book from 50 years ago, summarize and plagiarize the main concepts, change the words “How to write a headline” to the words “How to write a Google AdWords headline”… and VOILA!

Now I can sell you that training program for five hundred bucks, and you’ll have NO IDEA that you’re getting the same information as you could have gotten by spending twenty bucks on a solid, classic marketing book.


What most people sell as “marketing” or WORSE, “Internet Marketing” just isn’t good marketing training.  Period.


And most of the people who are trying to sell you this stuff really have no idea what works and what doesn’t work. They’re making money selling you ideas they got from other people… not teaching you how they really make their money.

Don’t forget that little skeptic in your head that says, ”If this works so well, this person should be using the principles they’re teaching…I think I’ll investigate further.”

They may or may not get your money, depending on some basic marketing principles that we can’t go over in this …you’ll have to wait.
